It's never too late to talk about youth learning Meats Judging and Identification! Thank you to Raber Packing Co. for hosting two workshops for meats judging in June. The crew at Raber's prepared 101 Retail Cuts to identify by naming the species, primal, retail cut name, and cooking method. We extend our sincerest gratitude to Elli Burris at the University of Illinois Meat Science and students of the U of I Meats Judging Team for preparing and implementing the workshop.
